Important: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our educational programs. If you are not completely satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- You have accessed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than three course resources
- You provide a reason for your refund request
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
2. Refund Request Process

- Processing time is typically 7-10 business days, but may vary depending on your financial institution

- Your access to the course materials will be revoked upon refund approval
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- You have accessed more than 30% of the course content
- You have downloaded excessive course materials or resources
- You have completed the course or received a certificate of completion
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions or User Conduct policies
- The purchase was made during a special promotion with specific non-refundable terms
- You have shared course content or login credentials with others
5. Elite Financial Mastery Package
Due to the comprehensive nature and personal mentorship included in the Elite Financial Mastery Package ($1,200), the following additional conditions apply:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days (not 30 days) of purchase
- No refunds will be provided after any one-on-one mentorship session has been conducted
- You must not have accessed any exclusive elite member resources
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course:

- We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the technical issue, a full refund may be granted regardless of the 30-day period
- Refunds for technical issues are assessed on a case-by-case basis
7. Course Updates and Changes
We continuously improve and update our course content. If significant changes are made to a course you have purchased:
- You will receive free access to all updated content
- No refunds will be provided due to course updates or improvements
- Lifetime access includes all future updates and additions to the course
8. Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment provider:
- Please contact us first to resolve the issue directly
- Chargebacks filed without attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in permanent ban from our services
- We reserve the right to provide evidence of course access and usage to payment processors
9. Partial Refunds

- If special circumstances warrant consideration
- Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis

10. Course Bundles and Packages
For purchases that include multiple courses or bundled packages:
- Refund eligibility applies to the entire bundle, not individual courses within the bundle
- You must not have substantially accessed any course within the bundle
- The 30-day period applies from the date of bundle purchase
11. Promotional Discounts
If you purchased a course using a promotional discount or coupon code:
- Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid
- Promotional codes cannot be reinstated after a refund
- Special promotional offers may have specific refund terms communicated at the time of purchase
12. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions:
- No refunds will be provided
- Access to all purchased courses will be permanently revoked
- You will be prohibited from future purchases
13. Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD):
- If your purchase was made in another currency, the refund amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations
- We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment processor
